I’m not going to say I felt like I was being taken advantage of, which is something I constantly worry about in these situations. He also advised me how to avoid the similar problem in future. The entire exchange seemed genuine and direct. I liked that he stayed a few more minutes to make sure everything was okay before he left. It made a tense situation feel doable. It is good to know that they also provide auto towing and roadside assistance and I know I can rely on them if something else happens.
